EMT/First Aid Station
There is a first aid station that is staffed throughout the fair. If you happen to have a medical emergency or even something minor, there are people here to help you! Located in the Ice Castle between the Fair Office and Horticulture Building and is labeled on the fair maps throughout the fairgrounds.
Courtesy Shuttles
Golf Cart shuttles are circling the parking lots and shuttle pick up stations daily for you to utilize to and from the parking areas. Catch a ride by waiting at one of the shuttle tent locations, or flag them down while in passing if not already filled. We thank our sponsors, Hutchinson Health, for helping make this shuttle service possible!
On Site Parking
There are designated handicapped parking areas, as well as a number of parking lots for onsite parking – Most of our parking spaces are gravel lots or grass/hay fields. Parking lots are color coded for reference.
Wheelchairs
Motorized scooters are not available for rent from the fair. The Fair Office has a few wheelchairs available for use to check in/out on a first come basis. Thank you to the local DAV for providing these chairs for our guests each year!
Fair Info Booth
Located outside the fair office, the Fair Info booth can help answer quick questions, provide maps and can help point you in the right direction so you can enjoy as much of the fair as possible!
