Outdoor Mall Exhibitors

            Instructions – Read Carefully

1.      We reserve the right to refuse entrance into the McLeod County Fair.

2.      We reserve the right to remove anyone from the fair at anytime.

3.      The McLeod County Fair cannot be held responsible for weather related conditions or conditions that arise from “Mother Nature.”

4.      Application: Must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete applications will be refused.

5.      Electrical:  All vendors and commercial displays requesting electricity will be inspected by the Minnesota State Electrical Inspector.  Read their Brochure www.electricity.state.mn.us click “Portable & Temporary Power,” then click “The Requirements for Portable & Temporary Electrical Power Distribution.” The document is also available  for viewing to the right of this.

6.      Minnesota Revenue:  See www.taxes.state.mn.us Find form “ST-19” and complete and return with application. Also available to right of this.

7.      Payment:  Must be received with application. Must be for total amount due payable to “McLeod County Fair”  No Refunds!!!

8.      All vendors are “set” in a location that works best for the McLeod County Fair – no guaranteed spots/locations.

9.      All vendors must check-in with Robert before moving or setting up on the Mall area.  Set-up is Monday-Tuesday & Wednesday morning. Contact Robert for appointment for special arrangements.
